E-commerce assistant
This person will handle on demand customer requests whilst navigating both Vendoo platforms, and as such will constantly provide feedback on any improvements or best practices with the Enterprise team. Working on behalf of our clients to complete multiple daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Importing, Listing & Cross Listing on different marketplaces or from a CSV file. Assign labels whilst importing, ie trousers, color.
- Inventory Management: Create Labels and filters, downloads for CSV inventory reports.
- Bulk, Delist & Relist - Delist/Relist, also edit bulk items. Set marketplace defaults.
- Edit bulk items, without removing them from each marketplace.
- Support clients needs, by resolving small bugs/issues directly with the client.
- Support the Sales department, by generating leads lists from top targeting accounts.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Team Player who assists other teammates in meeting task deadlines, and putting their hands up when they need assistance.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana.
- Any e-commerce or retail background is a plus.
