List & Win: The Depop Seller Challenge – Official Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The List & Win: The Depop Seller Challenge (“Giveaway”) is open only to:
- Legal residents of the United States
- Eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry
- Individuals with an active Vendoo account during the Campaign Period
Creating a Vendoo account is free and no purchase is required to enter or win.
Free accounts and trial accounts are fully eligible to participate. Requiring a Vendoo account does not increase the chances of winning.
Employees, contractors, officers, and agents of Vendoo or its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited.
2. Campaign Period
The Giveaway begins on November 26, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST(“Campaign Period”).
Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter (Activation Requirements)
Participants must complete one of the following eligibility paths.
All listings must be created and published through Vendoo. Listings created directly on Depop do not count.
Path A – New to Depop Sellers
You have never listed an item on Depop before the Campaign Period.
To qualify, you must list ten (10) new items on Depop through Vendoo within seven (7) days of connecting Depop.
Path B – Reactivated Depop Sellers
You have not listed on Depop in the last six (6) months.
To qualify, you must list ten (10) new items on Depop through Vendoo within seven (7) days of reactivation.
Path C – Active Depop Sellers
You have listed on Depop within the last 6 months.
To qualify, you must list twenty (20) new items on Depop through Vendoo during the Campaign Period.
Vendoo reserves the right to verify all listing activity and eligibility.
4. Prizes
Grand Prizes (5 Winners)
Each winner will receive:
- USD 1,000 cash
- One (1) year of Vendoo access
- One (1) year of Depop Boosting (provided by Vendoo as part of the promotion)
Runner-Up Prizes (25 Winners)
Twenty-five (25) runners-up will receive:
- Vendoo merchandise package
- Depop merchandise package (provided by Vendoo)
All prizes are provided “as is.”
Prizes are non-transferable and may be substituted only at Vendoo’s discretion.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Eligible participants will be entered into a random drawing.
Winners will be selected on or about January 10, 2026 and notified via the email associated with their Vendoo account.
If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is unreachable, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Verification and Disqualification
Vendoo may require proof of identity, residency, account ownership, and listing activity.
Vendoo may disqualify any participant for:
- Violating Vendoo’s Terms of Service
- Providing false information
- Attempting to interfere with or manipulate the Giveaway
Vendoo’s decisions are final and binding.
7. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree that Vendoo and its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents shall have no liability for:
- Losses, injuries, or damages of any kind
- Technical malfunctions or service interruptions
- Unauthorized human or automated interference
- Errors in entry processing, winner selection, or prize delivery
- Any event outside Vendoo’s reasonable control
Participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold Vendoo harmless from any claims related to participation or prize acceptance.
8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, winners grant Vendoo permission to use their name, username, city of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. Sponsor Rights
Vendoo reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway
- Substitute prizes of equal or greater value
- Correct any technical or administrative errors
- Verify eligibility and listing activity
10. Privacy
Information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Vendoo’s Privacy Policy.
11. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.
All decisions made by Vendoo regarding the Giveaway are final.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
